It is a moment of real pride for our team in Vilnius, and a meaningful piece of national recognition for digital innovation in Lithuania. The Skaitmeninis Knygnesys name nods to the country’s storied book-smugglers — people who kept knowledge moving when it mattered most — so to be recognised under that banner for building something new feels especially fitting.
What the recognition means to us
For a company founded in 2024 by three students, this kind of acknowledgement is both humbling and energising. Celper AI is built and led today by its two co-founders, Marius Vanagas and Rokas Remeika, and the “Young Innovator” recognition reflects the spirit we try to bring to recruitment technology every day: practical, careful, and genuinely useful. It sits alongside other milestones from the past year, including being a World Summit Awards 2025 Young Innovator finalist representing Lithuania, and being named the 2nd Best JA Company in Lithuania 2025 with the Highest Economic Benefit by Junior Achievement.
The product behind the award
Celper AI is a Lithuanian B2B platform that automates the first stage of recruitment. Our flagship is AI phone interviews — real two-way phone calls with no app, link or scheduling required. The conversation adapts in real time, asks role-specific questions, and works in over 50 languages, around the clock, with local caller-ID per market. Every plan also includes CV screening, explainable candidate reports with AI reasoning attached to each scored competency, and an HR dashboard for live interview activity and exportable data.
Just as importantly, Celper is built around human oversight. A candidate cannot be set to Selected or Rejected until a person reviews the AI analysis — a hard rule that reflects our approach to the EU AI Act and GDPR. We say it plainly: Celper is built for recruiters, not replacements.
