Celper AI stepped onto one of the biggest stages in Lithuanian business television: TV3’s “Rykliai”, the local version of Shark Tank and Dragons’ Den. Standing in front of the show’s investors — and a national audience — the team had a single job: explain, clearly and quickly, why first-stage recruitment is ready for a rethink. For a company founded in 2024 by three students and led today by co-founders Marius Vanagas and Rokas Remeika, it was a milestone worth marking.

Celper AI is a Vilnius-based B2B platform that automates the earliest, most repetitive part of hiring. The flagship product is AI phone interviews: real two-way phone calls that need no app, link or scheduling, adapt to each candidate in real time and ask role-specific questions. There is also an on-screen AI avatar alternative, CV screening included with every plan, and a HR dashboard that shows live interview activity, roles and campaigns with exportable candidate data. What makes the pitch more than a demo is what happens after the call. Every candidate receives an explainable report: scored competencies such as communication, confidence and role skills, each with the AI’s reasoning attached. And a hard rule sits underneath all of it — no candidate can be marked Selected or Rejected until a person reviews the analysis. That human-in-the-loop design reflects the brand line the team carries everywhere: “Built for recruiters, not replacements.”
A growing track record
The “Rykliai” appearance joins a notable run for the young company. Celper AI has been named a “Young Innovator” at Skaitmeninis Knygnešys 2025, reached the World Summit Awards 2025 Young Innovator final representing Lithuania, and was recognised as the 2nd Best JA Company in Lithuania 2025 with the Highest Economic Benefit award from Junior Achievement. The platform is built for compliance from the ground up — GDPR compliant and aligned with the EU AI Act, with EU data residency and candidate data automatically deleted after 12 months.
